Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("we", "us"), which runs Synergy AI. By signing in or using Synergy AI, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Synergy AI sends your question, and any files you attach to it, to several AI models at once, shows their answers side by side, and combines them into one answer with sources. Which models are offered may change over time.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account or with a link we email you, and you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms for you (and you must be at least 16 in any case). You're responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your Google account and your email secure. One account is for one person.
Credits
- Binom credits. AI answers are paid for with Binom credits. Credits belong to a team on your Binom account (every account has at least one team, which may be just you) and are shared by its members and by all our Binom apps. The Usage button shows your team's balance.
- What a question uses. Each question uses credits according to the AI work it actually took: every model's answer, any web searching, and the combined answer. Longer questions and attached files use more. An answer that fails uses none.
- Starting credits. New Binom accounts may get free credits to start, as shown when you sign up.
- Buying credits. A team's owner, admins and billing members can buy credit packs on the Binom account pages. The price, and any taxes, are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. There is no subscription: nothing renews or is charged automatically.
- Running out. When your team's balance runs out, AI answers stop until someone tops it up; your history stays available. Because a question is charged after it's answered, the last one can take the balance slightly below zero.
- Changes. We may change how many credits a question uses, for example when AI prices change. Credits you've already bought keep their number.
- Refunds are covered in our Refunds policy.
Fair use limit
Every AI answer costs us money. We may limit or stop automated or unusually heavy use, and some teams (for example company teams with unlimited credits) have a set amount of AI use per person in any 30 days. If you reach it, searching pauses until older searches drop out of that 30-day window; the app shows when.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the service to harm, harass or deceive anyone;
- try to get the AI models to produce illegal content, malware, or content that sexualises minors;
- access the service with scripts or bots, scrape it, resell it, or share your account;
- try to get around credit or usage limits, or interfere with the service's security or operation;
- break the usage rules of the AI companies whose models answer (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and DeepSeek).
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
AI answers can be wrong
Answers are written by AI models and may be wrong, incomplete, outdated or biased, even when several models agree. Sources may not say what an answer claims. Check important information yourself. Answers are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Don't rely on them for decisions where a mistake could cause harm.
Your content
You keep the rights to your questions and the files you attach. You give us permission to process them, and to send them to the AI companies, to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only attach files you have the right to share, and don't ask questions or attach files that include other people's personal data, or confidential information you aren't allowed to share.
As far as the law and the AI companies' terms allow, you may use the answers you receive however you like, but you're responsible for how you use them. Others may receive similar answers to similar questions.
Shared links: if you share a conversation, anyone with the link can read it. Only share what you're happy to make public.
Our service
Synergy AI, its design and its software belong to us. We may improve, change or stop parts of the service. If we shut it down completely, we'll give you reasonable notice; your credits stay usable in our other Binom apps.
We aim to keep the service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free; the AI companies it relies on can also be unavailable.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time; there is no subscription to cancel. To delete your account and data, email us (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if we close it without such a reason, we'll refund credits you bought and haven't used.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), or for decisions made based on AI answers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for important changes tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country or state]. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring claims in its courts.
