No subscription

Synergy AI has no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged automatically. You pay only when your team buys a credit pack on its Binom account.

Refunds

• Unused credits. If you change your mind, email us within 14 days of buying a credit pack, and we'll refund the credits from that pack your team hasn't used yet.
• Used credits aren't refunded: they paid for AI answers that were already given.
• Mistakes. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we'll refund the extra amount.
• If we close your account without you breaking our Terms, we'll refund credits you bought and haven't used.

Free starting credits have no cash value and can't be refunded.

This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

To ask for a refund, email [support@example.com] from the address you sign in with, and tell us which team the credits were bought for. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
